Dr. Grant has over 14 years of collaborative experience in mental health, education, and in the fashion industry. The pandemic brought a deeper sense of awareness on how people were struggling to cope with the unexpected changes,  which  caused feelings of being overwhelmed, stressed out, depressed, fearful, and angry. Dr. Grant's goal is to provide a safe space virtually to help individuals regain their confidence, self-esteem, restoration, healing, set realistic goals, and execute a plan aligned with their purpose.
